I'm Eric Li, a programmer enrolled in Phillips Exeter Academy. I work to serve the community.

I started learning programming back in 6th grade with Scratch. Scratch led to Lua, Lua led to JavaScript, and JavaScript led to the web developer I am today.

The summer of 2020, I moved back to China, where I attended Basis International School HangZhou. That was when I really started to put my time into creating programs that others enjoyed. Mini-games, appointment program, and a forum.

The smile on my friends' faces when they played and used my program was priceless. I knew I wanted to do more. I wanted to make a difference with the skills I have. I set out to learn more and do more, becoming a web developer focused on creating meaningful applications for the school.

After coming to Phillips Exeter Academy in the fall of 2021, I continued my endeavor. As of now, I serve as the co-head of the Student Council Tech Committee, as well as the Technical Director of the Exonian Web Board. I hope to shoulder more responsibility and bring more accessible technology to the campus.
